The Mediobanca Group has joined forces with other companies to promote a culture of inclusion.
4Weeks4Inclusion (#4W4I) is an initiative devised by companies to raise awareness of inclusion and diversity as issues, featuring a full programme of joint events, webinars and e-gaming tournaments.
Mediobanca is one of the partner companies in this initiative. We are convinced that diversity is a key factor for generating value, and believe that our people, with the wealth of experience and different values they have contribute, are the starting point for innovating our business model and for building the future.
