A pathway for graduates from different academic disciplines and different parts of the world who are keen to test themselves, who want to understand the world of Wealth Management indepth, and are looking to embark on a career in a sector that is continuously changing.
By participating in the Mediobanca Wealth Management Talent Program, you’ll have an opportunity to take part in a career development pathway which includes training, job rotation.
A one-year course for graduates in Economics and STEM subjects
An international job rotation cycle, dividing your time between Private Banking, Asset Management (Italy/Monte Carlo) and Corporate & Investment Banking, bringing you into contact with the best sector professionals and giving you an opportunity to learn trade secrets. You will gain international working experience which will teach you related to relate to different cultures and mindsets, making you a versatile professional attractive to the non-domestic as well as the domestic markets
You’ll have an opportunity to test yourself in a dynamic and varied environment, where different skills and experiences combine to give you a highly enriching professional and personal experience
An opportunity to come into contact with young professionals and sector experts at specific networking events
