Mediobanca long - term rating lowered following downgrade of Italy

Mediobanca hereby gives notice that following its downgrade to the ratings for the Republic of Italy, subsequently extended to Italian banks as well, ratings agency Standard & Poor’s has reduced Mediobanca’s rating from “BBB+/Negative/A-2” to “BBB/Watch Neg/A-2”.

Stand-alone credit profile (SACP) confirmed at “bbb+”.
