Mediobanca subscribes to RCS MediaGroup rights issue

Mediobanca hereby gives notice, at Consob’s request, that it has today exercised all of its 16,414,689 option rights under the RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. capital increase, taking up 49,244,067 ordinary shares at a price of € 1.235 per share, for a total outlay of approx. € 60.8m. As a result of this investment Mediobanca’s holding in RCS will be equal to 15.14% of the company’s ordinary share capital, assuming the increase is fully subscribed.
