Administrator Cooptation

At a Board meeting held today, at the Appointments Committee’s proposal, the Directors of Mediobanca co-opted Massimiliano Fossati, currently Group Chief Risk Officer ofUnicredit, to replace Alessandro Decio, who had tendered his resignation, on the Board of Directors. MrFossati, a non-executive Director, qualifies as independent as defined in Article 148, para. 3 of the Italian Finance Act, and in accordance with the legal provisions in force, will remain in office until the next annual general meeting.
