Notice of change in the company’s share capital

Notice is hereby given of a change to the composition of the company’s share capital (fully undersigned and paid up) as a result of the issue of performance shares reserved to key members of the Bank’s staff, which took place on 14 December 2022 (the date on which the statement of change of share capital was filed with the Companies’ Register).
