Mediobanca hereby gives notice that today, following authorization from the European Central Bank, the new Articles of Association have been filed with the Companies’ Register, incorporating the changes to Article 15, paragraphs 4, 9, and 15, to Article 18, paragraph 4, and to Article 23, paragraph 3, of the company’s Articles of Association approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2021.
