Mediobanca Supervisory Board

Following an indepth analysis of the “consultation document” issued by the Bank of Italy, the Supervisory Board of Mediobanca, at the recommendation of the Governance Committee and in conjunction with the Management Board, has mandated Chairman Cesare Geronzi to review certain profiles with a view to improving the operations of the governance system, in the forms deemed most appropriate, and including by facilitating technical meetings with the Supervisory Unit.
