Documentation for AGM on 28/10/09 now filed

The draft individual and consolidated financial statements of the Mediobanca Group for the year ended 30 June 2009, along with the reports by the Statutory Audit Committee and external auditors, the annual report on corporate governance and ownership structure, and the other documentation required for the Annual General Meeting have been filed today at the Company’s head offices and the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and are also available at www.mediobanca.com.
