Notice of publication of interim financial statements for six months ended 31 December 2012

Mediobanca’s interim financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2012, including the external auditors’ report, are available for consultation at the Bank’s headquarters and the offices of Borsa Italiana by anyone requesting to do so, and on the Bank’s website at www.mediobanca.com as from today, 1 March 2013.
