Consultation Agreement between shareholders of Mediobanca 2022

At a meeting of the parties to the Consultation Agreement held today, with Angelo Casò in the chair, the documentation published by Mediobanca in respect of the items on the agenda for the ordinary Annual General Meeting to be held shortly was reviewed, and the parties completed the process for appointments to the Committee instituted pursuant to Article 2 of the Agreement, which accordingly is made up as follows: Angelo Casò (Chair), Massimo Doris and Alberto Pecci.
