Candover acquires a 40% stake in Technogym

Technogym is a world leader in premium Fitness & Wellness equipment and products, sole official provider of training equipment at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, with a presence in over 100 countries, with approx. 90% of its turnover generated abroad.

The deal aims at supporting growth in new markets and new segments of the Fitness & Wellness industry and strengthening the management of the Company. The partnership will allow to evaluate and conduct potential acquisitions and expansion opportunities in new businesses in the world in order to consolidate the global presence of Technogym brand.
