Mediobanca notified Consap Spa of the dormant Certificates of Deposits

Mediobanca S.p.A. – Banca di credito finanziario hereby gives notice that pursuant to Italian Law 266/05 and Italian ministerial decree 116/07, it has notified Consap S.p.A. of the dormant Certificates of Deposit which will revert to the Fund in May 2013, in respect of which Mediobanca S.p.A. has not received any instructions as to movements within the terms stipulated by the regulations.

A list of the Certificates of Deposit referred to above may be consulted on the website of Consap S.p.A. at www.consap.it.
