Mediobanca: S&P increases long-term and short-term ratings following upgrade of Italian sovereign rating

Mediobanca hereby gives notice that S&P has increased the Bank’s long-term rating from “BBB-” to “BBB” and its short-term rating from “A-3” to “A-2”. The outlook is stable.

This follows the upgrade made to the ratings for the Republic of Italy on 27 October 2017 from “BBB-/A-3” to “BBB/A-2”.

The Mediobanca stand alone credit profile (SACP) remains unchanged at “bbb”
