Valérie Hortefeux graduated in Political Science and International Relations from ILERI (Institut des Relations Internationales) and in Marketing and Communication from EFAP (Ecole Française des Attachés de Press).

Career:

She has fifteen years’ experience in private banking and in management activity in the credit sector generally, with a background in marketing and communication.
She has been a Director of Mediobanca since 2017, and until 2023 served as a member of the Remunerations Committee.
She served as Director of Blue Solutions (Bolloré group) from 2013 to 2017, and of Ramsay - Générale de Santé from 2014 to 2021.
Between 2005 and 2015 she held a series of management positions at 1818 Private Bank (BPCE group).

Roles in Committees:

Member of the Appointments Committee, Sustainability Committee and the Committee instituted pursuant to Article 18 paraghaph 4 of the Articles of Association.

• Director (member of RSE Committee, Remunerations Committee and Audit Committee) of Compagnie de l’Odet (Bolloré group).
