Sabrina Pucci graduated in Economics and Business Studies and took a PhD in Actuarial Sciences from the “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
Career:
She has over 25 years of experience mainly in university teaching in economics/corporate disciplines and significant experience in the insurance sector and in listed companies.
She is full Professor of Economics and Business Studies at Roma Tre University and author of numerous publications.
She chairs the Insurance Group instituted within the Italian Accounting Organization (OIC)1 for many years, and is a member of the Insurance Accounting Working Group and Connectivity Advisory Panel within EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group)1.
She has been a Director of Mediobanca and Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors since 2023.
She also served as Director of Assicurazioni Generali in the years from 2013 to 2022, in EssilorLuxottica from 2018 to 2021, and of Luxottica from 2017 to 2018, and has held a management role at Italian insurance industry association IVASS.
